What we pick up automatically

• IP address — kept briefly for fraud checks and to show prices in your local currency. We don't keep long-term IP logs.
• Device and browser data — gathered via cookies to keep the site fast and bug-free.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To set up and run your Airtek TV subscription.
• To get your login over to you and send the occasional service notice.

Your email stays on file while your subscription is active and for roughly 90 days after, unless you ask us to wipe it sooner. Records relating to payments are kept for as long as tax law requires — usually around seven years.
