We back what we sell. Test-drive Airtek TV first, and if your paid plan turns out not to be your thing, we'll sort the refund.
Our goal is for every Airtek TV subscriber to be genuinely happy with the service. This page lays out the safety nets we offer — both before any money changes hands and afterwards.
1. Free Trial
Every new account gets a 24-hour free trial, with no card details needed up front. The trial mirrors the plan you'd be buying — same channels, same features — and shuts itself off after 24 hours. Nothing is charged unless you decide to continue.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you go ahead and pay for a plan and then change your mind, you've got a full 24-hour window from the time of payment to ask for the money back.
- The clock starts ticking the moment your first payment lands.
- This safety net only applies to first-time purchases — renewals don't qualify.
- The refund goes back to whatever payment method you used.
- Depending on the processor, the funds usually land back with you in three to seven business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
You've got two ways to flag it:
- WhatsApp — message the team here (fastest).
- Contact form — send a note via the contact page.
Include the email tied to your subscription and roughly when you paid, and we'll move on it within 48 hours of receiving the request.
4. Renewals
Plans roll over automatically when their term ends, unless you've already turned renewal off. Charges for renewals don't fall under the money-back window, so if you'd rather not be billed again, cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the renewal date. Need a hand cancelling? Just message us.
5. Exceptions
A few situations sit outside the guarantee:
- You file the request after the 24-hour window has closed.
- Your account has been suspended for breaching the Terms of Service — for example, passing your login around or trying to bypass region locks.
- You've already raised a chargeback with your bank. Talk to us first instead — that's almost always faster.
6. Technical Issues
Hit a buffering problem, missing channel or connection wobble? Please reach out before asking for a refund — most of these get sorted in a matter of minutes. The support crew is online around the clock via WhatsApp.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy as the service grows. Any update takes effect from its publication date, and anyone already subscribed keeps the protections that were in place when they paid.
