Terms of Service
Have a read through before subscribing — these are the ground rules for using Airtek TV.
This agreement (the "Terms") sets out the relationship between you and Airtek TV when you visit airtektv.tv or sign up for our streaming subscription. The moment you start a trial, click through checkout, or otherwise use what we offer, you're telling us you've read this page and you're on board with what's written here.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Opening an account, kicking off a free trial or paying for a plan all count as accepting both these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything below doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Airtek TV is an internet-delivered streaming service ("IPTV service") offering a hand-picked mix of live TV channels and on-demand video. Subscriptions are sold on the following basis:
- Plan lengths run from monthly through to a full year, with quarterly and six-month options in between.
- You can pick a single-device plan, a two-device plan or one that covers multiple screens at once.
- Each new account gets one shot at a 24-hour free trial.
What's available — channels, on-demand titles, EPG and apps — can shift over time and might differ between regions, all without prior warning.
3. Account Creation
- A working email address is required to register; we send your access details there.
- Your login is yours to look after — keep it private and pick a sensible password.
- Subscriptions cover one household. Don't pass your credentials around or sell access on.
- You need to be 18 or older (or whatever the legal age happens to be where you live) to sign up.
4. Acceptable Use
The service is for personal, lawful use that doesn't step on anyone else's rights. That means you can:
- Watch content on your own devices for your own (non-commercial) viewing pleasure.
- Stream from up to as many devices simultaneously as your plan allows, within your home.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are off-limits:
- Reselling, lending or otherwise sharing your account login with anyone outside your household.
- Hitting the service with bots, crawlers, scrapers or anything else automated.
- Trying to dodge geo-blocks, DRM or any other technical safeguard we have in place.
- Capturing, recording or copying our streams for re-broadcast or redistribution.
- Using your subscription for any commercial setting (bars, hotels, gyms, etc.) unless we've signed off in writing.
- Doing anything that hammers our infrastructure or interferes with other subscribers' streams.
If you cross any of these lines, we'll suspend the account on the spot and no refund will be issued.
6. Payment & Billing
- Prices listed are in US dollars. Local taxes can be applied at checkout depending on your location.
- Payments run through trusted third-party processors — Stripe, PayPal, or crypto rails. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Plans renew on their own at the end of each billing cycle, unless you switch off renewal first.
- We email a heads-up before renewal happens. Stopping that charge is on you — cancel ahead of the renewal date if you'd rather not continue.
7. Cancellation
You can pull the plug on your subscription whenever you like — just message us through WhatsApp or fill out the contact form. The cancellation kicks in once your current paid period runs out, so you'll keep streaming until then.
8. Refunds
The full rules live in our Refund Policy. Short version: there's a 24-hour money-back window on first-time purchases. Renewal payments don't qualify.
9. Service Availability
We aim for around 99.9% uptime but can't promise the stream will never blink. We're not on the hook for outages caused by:
- Issues with your home internet, router, ISP or device.
- Maintenance windows, whether planned or emergency.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, government action, cable cuts, that kind of thing.
- Upstream feed loss or licensing changes from the channel providers themselves.
10. Intellectual Property
The shows, films, sports and other broadcasts you watch belong to their respective rights holders — Airtek TV simply distributes them. Everything else on this website (the design, the code, the brand, the copy you're reading) is ours.
11. Limitation of Liability
So far as the law lets us limit it, Airtek TV is not responsible for indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses tied to your use of the service. If a claim does succeed, the most we'd ever owe you is what you paid for the subscription period the dispute concerns.
12. Indemnification
If a third party brings a claim against Airtek TV because you broke these Terms or misused the service, you agree to cover us — meaning the team, partners and contractors — for any costs, damages or legal fees that result.
13. Governing Law
These Terms sit under standard international commercial law. We'd much rather sort any disagreement by talking it through first; if that fails, the matter goes to binding arbitration rather than the courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may tweak this document from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, the "Effective date" up top moves with it. Carrying on as a subscriber after a change means you're accepting the new wording.
15. Contact
Need clarity on anything above? Send a question through our contact page and someone will get back to you.
